Mines - Bauxite

+2000 samples were sent and analyzed to the Bureau Veritas laboratory in Bamako for three types of analysis: XRF, Bomb digest and TOC.

The Mineral Transport Route

The ore will be transported on a 145 km road or by convoyer.

Export Port Infrastructures

Two options are currently being explored:

- Temporary pooling of the existing Konta export facilities pending the completion of the construction of the Elite Mining port for greater autonomy.

- Construction of a new export facility on an identified site not far from the existing port without using the port of Konta

Our Leadership

Our history

To better strengthen and enhance the technical administrative and financial capacities of the company Elite Mining Guinea S.A, we have qualities in the fields of mining, finance and Marketing. As members of the Board of Directors:

Mr Sow Alpha Boubacar: is the founder of Elite Mining Guinea S.A .. Boubacar has successfully followed his academic career in the Republic of Guinea and several trainings on an international scale in Paris, in the United States ... during his professional career. He also worked at Rio Tinto for the Simandou project for more than 10 years in the IT department then with Alufer Mining in the Bel Air project for more than 3 years with managerial positions of responsibility as Director of the company's IT department.

Mr Maty Bangaly: chartered accountant is now a member of the Board of Directors of Elite Mining Guinea. Mr. Maty has more than 25 years of career and to work as Auditor, Financial Director…. in several companies around the world (Canada, Africa and Guinea) such as Deloitte, Rio Tinto, Alufer Mining ... He is also to date the new General Manager of the Guinea Electricity Company (EDG).

Mr Camara Lancine: is a member of the board of directors of Elite Mining Guinea he has more than 14 years of career, made his university studies in Law at the Sorbonne before returning to Guinea where he worked in several company established in Guinea such as Société Générale , MTN, Skybank… Mr. Camara is to date Founder and administrator of Cabinet CO Consulting which is a legal and interim HR consulting firm which covers some countries of the West African sub region.

Mr Balde Saikou Oumar: is a young shareholder and member of the board of directors. Academic and businessman with over 14 years of business owner experience in Angola and Guinea. Mr. Balde to date is a certified international trader.

Mr Mahamat Tanimou Ayouba: is of Cameroonian nationality member of the board of directors living in Guinea more than 5 years ago is a seasoned banker with more than 14 years of experience in this field and also specialist in managerial and financial risk management.

Elite Mining Guinea S.A, is a mining company owned by young Guineans who are concerned and ambitious about the development of our dear Guinea and the future of its youth. This Structure is a Limited Company under Guinean law, holder of the research permit N ° A2019 / 6600 / MMG / SGG dated December 10, 2019 for a period of three years renewable. This permit is registered in the register of mining titles of the Geological and Mining Information Division of the CPDM under the number A2019 / 289 / DIGM / CPDM, of the Center for Promotion and Development of Mining (CPDM).

The creation of the company "ELITE MINING GUINEA S.A." is the work of a young Guinean executive who has served more than 14 years in mining multinationals operating in Guinea and around the world. Mr. Sow Alpha Boubacar Shareholder, Mr. Sow successfully followed his academic career in the Republic of Guinea and several international trainings in Paris, in the United States … during his professional career.

CHEONG AM METAL Co Ltd :

Main partner of bauxite from Elite Mining Guinea SA, these two companies constitute a South Korean mutual company that owns refineries for the manufacture of resources / non-ferrous metals which markets bauxites, iron ores, rails, copper, ingots of aluminum, stainless steels. Within the framework of sustainable development, cooperation and frank collaboration between its 2 South Korean companies and Elite Mining Guinea, it is planned in the medium and long term to establish an Alumina refinery and a steel foundry between Mamou and Dabola for the happiness of the stakeholders and the strengthening of sustainable development in the Republic of Guinea with the support of our two States.

CHAIBI'S:

In charge of financing the construction of infrastructure to support the Elite Mining mine (Camps, Roads, and Port) CHAIBI'S is a French Algerian Company under French law specializing in the design and manufacture of petroleum refinery equipment.

Vermeer:

The supplier of the latest generation of surface miners will be in charge of operating the Elite Mining Guinea mine.

SOGREM:

Is our partner in charge of geological surveys. Socrem is a local drilling company under Guinean law.
